MAKE IT EASY!
DEPOSIT MONEY IN YOUR CHILD'S ACCOUNT ONLINE BY CLICKING THE eFunds LINK TO THE RIGHT

 Make deposits using your checking account or Visa/Master Card.

Transaction fees are $1.00 for checking or $2.65 for credit cards.

LUNCH DEPOSITS CAN ALSO BE MADE AT THE SCHOOL

DEPOSITS ARE NOT ACCEPTED IN THE NUTRITION SERVICES OFFICE 

 Any returned deposits with insufficient funds or closed/frozen accounts will be charged a $10 fee.

All bounced checks deposited directly at the school sites will carry a $25 check return fee.

The Nutrition Services Department welcomes the parents, community and staff to participate in the Wellness Policy Committee.  If you are interested in serving on this committee please contact us. 

If you would like to make suggestions or comments relating to the Wellness Policy also contact the Nutrition Services.

 AND GO TO THE HUMAN RESOURCE DEPARTMENT TO APPLY ON LINE.

 

APPLICATION FOR FREE AND REDUCED MEALS

ONLY ONE (1) APPLICATION PER HOUSEHOLD!

Free and Reduced Price Meals are available to households who believe they may qualify for our program. To apply please complete a "Free and Reduced Meal Application Form" by clicking on "MEAL APPS" located at the top left side of this page.

Forms are also available at the Nutrition Services Department: 880 South Lemon Avenue, Walnut CA 91789.

It is highly recommended that completed applications be submitted to the Nutrition Services Department. If the office is closed, there is a MAIL DROP SLOT on the front door where applications can be deposited.

You will be notified by mail of your child's status within 10 days. Until you receive your notification letter, you must provide your child with money or a lunch from home.

 

FOSTER CHILDREN should also be included on the same application.

The TOTAL HOUSEHOLD INCOME is the GROSS MONTHLY INCOME each household member is receiving this month before taxes - this includes wages, social security, pension, unemployment, welfare, child support, alimony, and any other cash income.


Notice: The California Revenue and Taxation Code (RTC) Section 19853(b) requires local educational agencies (LEA) that operate the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) to annually notify households about the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) Information Act.
